How Alignora Protects Your Information
Alignora is designed to help organizations understand their AI governance posture. We take seriously the responsibility of protecting the information you share with us.
Assessment information is not publicly displayed
Your checkup responses, scores and reports are private by default. Only you and authorized users within your organization can access them.
Access is controlled by user role
Each user has a defined role that determines what they can see and do. Administrators can manage users and settings. Contributors can complete assessments and upload evidence. Reviewers can access only the reviews assigned to them.
Reports are private unless you choose to share them
Your Alignora AI Governance Checkup Report is generated for your use. It is not shared with other organizations or displayed publicly.
Alignora collects only information needed to provide the service
We ask for details about your organization and AI use because they are necessary to produce a meaningful assessment. We do not collect information beyond what the checkup requires.
Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information
While Alignora protects the information you provide, you should avoid uploading documents that contain unnecessary personal data, such as Social Security numbers, medical records or financial account details.
You can contact Alignora with privacy or security questions
If you have questions about how your data is handled, contact Alignora support. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and transparently.
Alignora does not claim to be "completely secure," "military-grade," "bank-grade" or "impossible to breach." No system can guarantee absolute security. We are committed to maintaining strong, appropriate controls and being transparent about what we do and do not guarantee.
