This Privacy Policy describes how Alignora collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform and the AI Governance Checkup. By using Alignora, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you take the checkup, we collect the name, email, organization name, and job title you provide, along with your assessment responses and the generated results. When you create a workspace account, we store your account credentials and the governance data you enter, such as AI system inventories, assessments, evidence, and approvals.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver your checkup report, operate the governance workspace, provide support, and—only with your consent—share occasional updates about responsible AI governance. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security

Access to your governance data is restricted through row-level security so that one organization cannot see another's records. Evidence files marked confidential are handled according to the visibility settings you configure. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.

Data retention

Checkup results are retained so you can revisit your report. Workspace data is retained for the life of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact Alignora support.
