You agree to use Alignora only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or introduce malicious content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Alignora. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service to you and your authorized users.

No legal advice

Alignora provides governance tooling and preliminary assessments, not legal advice. The checkup results and workspace outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, compliance, or regulatory certification. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.

Service availability

We strive to keep Alignora available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alignora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Alignora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
